ASHLEY'S CRAFTY SHACK: Return Policy

DAMANGES & ISSUES: Once you receive your order, please inspect everything immediately and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours by emailing ashleyscraftyshack@gmail.com! If this applies, we want nothing more than to make it right! 

RETURNS/REFUNDS: ANY item(s) that requires customization or personalization cannot be returned/refunded. Returns/Refunds are subject to approval by Ashley's Crafty Shack. Items must be unused and in the original packaging, and a return request must be done within 72 hours of the order arriving to you per the tracking number. Items that are not custom/personalized are subject to a return shipping fee. If you need to return a NON custom/personalized item(s), I will send you the shipping label. It must be shipped within 3 business days, if not shipped within 3 business days, the label will be cancelled, and your item(s) is no longer eligible for return. Once the item is returned, accounted for, and still in new condition, the remaining balance minus the shipping fee will be refunded; please allow up to 5-10 business days for refunds to be processed and posted to the original payment method.

FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS: ALL final sale/clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: We are unable to offer exchanges on any item(s). We do not offer cancellations once you've placed an order. You would need to return your item(s), making a return request within 72 hours of the order arriving to you per the tracking number. Please see Returns/Refunds for more information.
